2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use PolyCAI. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PolyCAI to generate illegal content, harass others, attempt to circumvent platform safety measures, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
Responses from AI characters are generated automatically and do not represent real people, real advice, or factual information. PolyCAI is an entertainment platform. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on the schedule selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To manage your subscription, visit your account settings.
7. Intellectual Property
PolyCAI and its content are owned by or licensed to us. User-created characters remain the property of their creators, but you grant PolyCAI a license to host and display them on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
PolyCAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PolyCAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
