Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using GoonChat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use GoonChat. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account or use another person's account without permission. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not use GoonChat to break the law, harass or exploit others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive activity, or bypass platform safeguards. We may restrict or terminate access when these rules are violated.
AI companions and responses
All companions are fictional and their responses are generated automatically. They are not real people and their messages may be inaccurate or inappropriate. GoonChat is an entertainment service; never rely on a companion for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-critical advice.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed according to the price and schedule shown at checkout and may renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage an active subscription from Settings. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law.
Characters and intellectual property
GoonChat and its original content are owned by or licensed to us. If you create or upload a character, you retain your rights in your original contribution and grant GoonChat a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it as necessary to operate the service.
Availability and liability
GoonChat is provided "as is" and may change, pause, or experience interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as GoonChat evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
